Ugggg, here I'am staring at this blog, burp, barf or whatever technical dumb-ass name you want to use for "Internet geek with no freaking life" and wondering just how this fine upstanding former soldier EVER got stuck in this realm of idiocy.....I hate blogs, however like the Borg say I have been assimilated to the world of the GDC Hockey blog world.
Dont look here for anything important. It is a complete spoof on blogs and will be full of ripe sarcastic and hardly relavant points about anything to do with our hockey pool and hopefully will provide a bit of humor to you....but dont hold your breat...h!
In my first series of posts you will see, well, something sarcastic certainly and a few of my inside peeves of all things "Hockey Pool" and how some dumb ass managers try to pull off dumb ass trades...maybe like offering someone a player of no significance for a future draft pick....and once the manager says no we find the player has been dropped the next day.....Do you people seriously think we are that bloody stupid? Sigh...why bother...and no it is not just one person either.
Jezz pass me another friggin Canadian Trevor and lets tell some old war stories!

Welcome Ken! I admit I am one who likes to get a pick instead of dropping someone - but that is what you need to do to get better. It has worked before for me and it will work again :-) It all depends on if you offer the player to the right person.
And warm fuzzies back to you! I agree...I just dont like it...I can give you Bobby Orr back for a couple of draft picks :-)
